1. Eligibility

To create an account and use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, or 13 years old with parent

To create an account and use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, or 13 years old with parental or guardian consent where permitted by law, and you are not allowed to create a new account if we have previously suspended or terminated your access for violating these TC.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1. Creating an Account

YAELION SYSTEMS provides a personalized content and training experience, and to access most features of the Platform you must register by providing a valid email address, your first and last name.

By creating an account, you also confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable laws.

2.2. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account, must keep your login credentials confidential and secure at all times, and agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

2.3. Account Features

Upon registration, you gain access to a personal dashboard that displays your current credit balance, allows you to purchase credits in EUR or USD, provides 10 free credits for trial use, offers a game library with per-minute pricing, grants access to a free cognitive test with personalized game recommendations, records all top-ups, credit usage, and game sessions in your transaction history, and enables you to update and manage your profile information including your email, password, and other personal details.

3. How the Platform Works

3.1. Accessing Games

Each game on the Platform clearly displays its credit cost per minute before you begin playing, and once you click Start, a session begins and credits are automatically deducted from your account balance every minute until you close the session window or tab, with deductions continuing even if you remain inactive or leave the game running in the background until you manually end the session.

3.2. Top-Up Rules

One credit is equal to 1 EUR, payments can be made in EUR or USD and are converted using the exchange rate provided by our payment processor at the time of purchase, the minimum top-up amount is 5 EUR (or equivalent in USD) and the maximum per transaction is 500 EUR (or equivalent in USD), and all credits are personal, non-transferable, and hold no real-world monetary value outside the Platform.

3.3. Non-Refundable Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a verified technical issue on our side or proven fraudulent use of your payment method that is not attributable to your actions, and no refunds will be issued for credits lost due to inactivity during a running session, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions on your side, voluntary account closure, or failure to use purchased credits.

All payments, credit top-ups, and refund requests are additionally governed by our Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is binding on all users.”

3.4. Transaction History

Your personal account dashboard provides a detailed record of all credit purchases, per-game credit deductions, and any promotional or bonus credits received.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using another person’s account or sharing your login credentials, attempting to hack, exploit, or bypass the credit deduction system, running bots, scripts, or other automated tools to manipulate the Platform, leaving multiple sessions open to avoid paying credits as intended, copying, reverse-engineering, or attempting to duplicate the Platform’s games or functionality, or posting any harmful, unlawful, or infringing content, and any violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of all remaining credits without refund, and potential legal action where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All games, software, designs, text, images, graphics, and other content available on the Platform are the exclusive property of YAELION SYSTEMS or its licensors, and you are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, creating derivative works, or distributing any part of the Platform’s content in any form without our prior written authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we make no guarantees that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the games offered on the Platform will produce specific cognitive improvements or measurable benefits, or that any bugs, glitches, or other technical issues will be resolved immediately, and you acknowledge that the Platform is not a medical service and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of credits resulting from your inactivity during a session, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on your side, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages even if such damages were foreseeable, and our total aggregate liability for any claims related to your use of the Platform is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for credits during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

8. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these TC, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, initiate unfounded payment disputes or chargebacks, or misuse the Platform in any way, and such termination may result in the loss of all remaining credits in your account without refund and may be accompanied by potential legal action where applicable.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time and to update these TC whenever necessary for legal, operational, or business reasons, and any changes will be posted on the Website, with your continued access or use of the Platform after such updates constituting your full acceptance of the revised terms.

Any updates to our Privacy Policy or Payment & Refund Policy will be published on the Website, and continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised documents.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These TC together with our Privacy Policy and Payment &Refund Policy  are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these T or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation to bring proceedings in your country of residence if different.
