This Payment & Refund Policy explains how payments are processed, how credits function on the Platform, and under which conditions refunds may be issued. 1. Payment Methods and Currency
All payments made on the Platform are processed in euros (EUR) or United States dollars (USD). Payments are handled through third-party payment providers using secure, encrypted connections. If you make a payment in USD, the amount will be converted into EUR based on the exchange rate applied by our payment processor at the time of purchase.
We accept commonly used payment methods available in your region, such as credit and debit cards, online payment services, or other options as displayed on the checkout page. By initiating a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- Credit Purchases and Value
Credits are virtual items that you purchase to gain access to games and services on the Platform. The current fixed value is one (1) credit = one (1) euro.
Each purchase of credits is subject to a minimum top-up amount of five (5) euros or the equivalent in USD and a maximum per transaction of five hundred (500) euros or the equivalent in USD.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, and are non-transferable between accounts. They may only be used within the Platform to access game sessions and related services.
- Use of Credits
Credits are consumed on a per-minute basis once you start a game session. The cost per minute for each game is clearly displayed before you begin. Once you press the “Start” button, a session begins and credits are automatically deducted every minute until you manually close the session window or tab.
Credits will continue to be deducted if you remain inactive or leave the game running in the background without ending the session. It is your sole responsibility to manage and close active game sessions when you no longer wish to use credits.
- Free Trial and Bonus Credits
Every new user who registers an account on the Platform is automatically granted 10 complimentary credits to explore and experience our games before making any purchase. These free credits allow you to try various game sessions, understand how the Platform works, and evaluate the service without an initial payment obligation.
Free credits are issued once per account and cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for real-world currency, or transferred to another user. Any unused complimentary credits will remain available in your account balance for as long as your account remains active but may be removed if the account shows prolonged inactivity or is closed.
- Non-Refundable Payments
All credit purchases are considered final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued if you lose credits due to inactivity, internet connection failures, device errors, voluntary account closure, or failure to use purchased credits.
Credits do not expire unless otherwise required by law or clearly stated in future updates to this Policy.
- Refund Eligibility and Process
Refunds may only be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:
- A duplicate payment was charged due to a verified technical error on our side.
- Your payment method was used fraudulently without your knowledge or authorisation, and you have provided verifiable evidence of such fraud.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction. Your request must include your name, account details, payment reference number, and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, issue the refund to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. YAELION SYSTEMS reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.
- Chargebacks and Fraudulent Activity
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, we may report the matter to the relevant financial institutions and legal authorities to prevent further misuse.
- Changes to this Policy
YAELION SYSTEMS may amend this Payment & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in payment processes, applicable laws, or operational needs. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use of the services after publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
